Payment Policy

A credit card may be required to book an appointment online. This is used only to hold the reservation in compliance with the cancellation policy. Payment is due at time of appointment. 

For your convenience, we accept:

• Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards; 

• contactless payment with Apple Pay;

• in-app and online web payments (Square Cash and Venmo);

• physical plastic gift cards, eGift cards, and unexpired gift certificates issued by The Bold Massage; and 

• old school cash.

Promotions, discounts, and special offers may not be combined, and they may be available for a limited time only.

Pre-paid packages are not refundable and expire.

Monthly-billed memberships and pre-paid premium memberships are non-transferable, and sessions expire at month end.

Gift cards are not refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Payment for any late cancellation or no-show fees may be collected automatically if there is a credit card or gift card on file, pre-paid sessions reduced in kind, or will be due upon receipt of electronic invoice.
