A credit card may be required to book an appointment online. This is used only to hold the reservation in compliance with the cancellation policy. Payment is due at time of appointment. For your convenience, we accept: the latest EMV chip and traditional magstripe credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover); Pay, Google Wallet, and other contactless payment options; in-app and online web payments (Square Cash, Venmo, and PayPal); physical plastic gift cards, eGift cards, and unexpired gift certificates issued by The Bold Massage; or old school cash. Promotions, discounts, and special offers may not be combined, and they may be available for a limited time only. Pre-paid packages of 3, 5, or 10 discounted massage sessions expire in 4, 6, or 12 months accordingly, but they may be shared with 1 other person. Monthly-billed memberships and pre-paid premium memberships are non-transferable, and session(s) expire at month end. Payment for any late cancellation or no-show fees may be collected automatically if there is a credit card or gift card on file, pre-paid sessions reduced in kind, or will be due upon receipt of electronic invoice. *
